You will be asked to login or sign up. Sign up is easy with few essential details like email address and phone number. After that, reconfirm your selected bike, dates and pickup location and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Your reservation is confirmed after you make the payment.
You can pick up the bike on the day of your reservation from your selected location. The address will be mentioned in the confirmation email. Click here for the addresses of all the Bookmyride locations.
The following documents need to be submitted before renting a ride:
Valid driver’s license to ride a motor-vehicle with gear, in India. (For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with International Driving Permit is necessary along with a valid Visa. Original to be brought, copy will be retained for record.)

International credit cards cannot be used to pay for your Bookmyride Rentals through our existing payment gateways. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. You will receive an email from Bookmyride confirming your booking and the address of the pick up location.
1 0-24 Hours before start of the trip – The entire amount paid by the customer will be charged as cancellation fee. There will be NO REFUND made for such cancellations.
2 More than 48 hours before start of the trip – 30% of the amount paid by the customer will be reduced as cancellation fee and the remaining 80% of the amount will be refunded. The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 7-10 business days.

The rider has to be at least 25 years of age to rent our premium bikes which are 500 CC and above and 21 years of age for bikes below 500 CC.
No, fuel is not included in the rental.
Yes, there is a 300 KM per 24 hours limit for all bikes. Any reservation for a period less than or greater than that will have a proportional limit. Every KM above that attracts an extra charge of Rs 5/KM for bikes less than 500 CC and Rs 10/KM for all other bikes. For example, a 2 hour reservation of any motorcycle above 500cc would come with 25 km in riding at no additional charge while a 2 day reservation would come with 600 km in riding at no additional charge.
There is no requirement for cash deposit for most of our locations. However, there is security deposit required for Port Blair, Swaraj Dweep(Havelock) and Shaheed Dweep(Neil Island).
Penalty for delay in returning the bike: All bikes are due back at the time and day agreed as per the booking form. If the hirer returns the bike beyond the time specified in the booking form he shall be charged one day’s rental as penalty. If you suspect that you will be late, please extend your reservation in www.bookmyrideride.bike to avoid the penalty. We will not be able to extend if there’s another confirmed reservation for the period.
You will have to send a mail to ebookmyride@gmail.com.com referring to your booking ID. The refund would be as per the cancellation policy.
The refund will take up to 7 working days after getting an approval for refund and receiving your bank details.
Yes. The speed limit for all Regular bikes (Bikes below or equal to 500 cc) is 100 kms. Speed limit for Premium bikes (Bikes above 500 cc) is 120 kms. Rs. 500 will be charged for every violation of the speed limit.
The wallet balance which is promotional can be used for paying upto 50% of wallet balance or booking amount which ever is lower with an upper limit Rs 100 per booking.
You will need to fix the puncture or Tube replacement if needed and there will be no refund on such repairs as it is does not fall under maintenance issue but riding conditions.
